Dear Sir,

Your help is requested in the form of support and advise in connection with our current  project.

I am David Clarke from Fareham, a former lecturer at Fareham College, and I am working with a punk rock band from Gosport called The Asylum Seekers (Not asylum seeking in terms of immigration but sonic sound), As reported in The News in January earlier this year.

We have produced a punk rock opera called Borstal Boy based on the true story as told in my book Converted on LSD. This is with a view to warn and direct young people away from drugs and crime.

Over 30 prison chaplains have already requested and received the draft copy of my book and over 400 copies have been requested for prison inmates at HMP Belmarsh, Manchester, Risley and Parkhurst.

Consideration is now being given to perform our punk rock opera in Aylesbury Y.P. prison.

With this in mind I would value the to opportunity to share with you our work and to listen to your advise in order to promoting our project.

We could call to see you when you are next in town also it may be you might consider being our special guest at our first  performance in the very near future, along with Rt Hon.  Caroline Dinenage.

Your Sincerely

David Clarke

 Dear Peter

Further to my recent  email to Mark Hoban

With the recent news relating to the problems associated with Winchester Prison we fell that our punk rock opera project,  which is a true story of a bad lad turned good , is ideally suited to be performed in Winchester prison.

We wonder if you could help or put us in touch with the appropriate persons so that the matter could be considered.
